The new version of C-FIX with optimised start times allows the design of fixings in masonry after the specifications of the ETAG. Thereby, a variable anchor plate form is possible, whereby the amount of anchors has to be limited to 1, 2 or 4 after the specifications of the ETAG 029. For masonry of small-format bricks, an additional option for a design in associations is available. Therefore it is possible to plan and successfully prove even bigger anchorage depths up to 200 mm.
A similar operator interface as at the design in concrete is also used for the design of fixings in masonry. This simplifies the fast entry and the operation. All entry options which are not permitted for the elected substrate are automatically deactivated. All possible combinations out of anchor rods and anchor sleeves are offered for selection, suitable to the respective brick. A wrong entry is therefore impossible. During the change of design between concrete and masonry, all relevant data are being adopted. This simplifies the entry and avoids mistakes.
The most relevant details can be entered directly inside the graphic, partially, complementary details in the menu are needed.
Independent from where you are making the changes, an automatically comparison with all involved input options is ensured. Not permitted constellations are showed with a meaningful message, in addition, a real time calculation delivers you to every change the appropriate result. Too large or too small details about axial- and edge spaces were showed in the status line and can be corrected immediately. The in the ETAG requested consideration of the butt joint is user-friendly designed by clearly structured menu queries of the joint design and -thickness.
The design result can be saved as a meaningful and verifiable document with all relevant data of the design and be printed to the product.
