The versatile with multiple anchorage depths.

Your advantages at a glance

  • The fischer frame fixing SXRL is the most versatile in the range. The excellent load bearing capacity in every building material, up to three anchorage depths, diameters of 8, 10 and 14mm and anchor lengths up to 360mm are providing a variety of applications.
  • Various anchorage depths are regulated in the European Technical Assessment (ETA), which considers every building material class:
    50, 70 and 90 mm for SXRL 8 and SXRL 10, 70 and 90 mm for SXRL 14.

Structure

  1. The long expansion element with up to three anchorage depths turns the SXRL into a flexible applicable product and therefore to the most versatile frame fixing in the fischer product range.
  2. The long ribs prevent the plug from turning during the installation. This ensures additional safety especially when it is to be set deep.
  3. Through the special geometry of the plug with v-shaped surface, the loads are evenly distributed in the drill hole. It provides a better usability in all building materials and excellent load values.
  4. Anchorage depth 50 mm: In concrete, solid- and hollow building materials for SXRL 8 and SXRL 10
  5. Anchorage depth 70 mm: In all building materials - from concrete, solid building materials, hollow building materials and aircrete.
  6. Anchorage depth 90 mm: In hollow building materials and aircrete for SXRL 8 and SXRL 14, in aircrete for SXRL 10.
  7. The type FUS (hexagon screw with preformed washer and anchor sleeve with wide edge) is perfectly suitable for the fixing of metal constructions. A contact corrosion between anchor base plate and screw will be prevented.

Functionality

In hollow building materials a force transmission that protects the substrate is guaranteed through the two expansion zones. The porous block fillets are not crushed by the second expansion zone and are therefore able to be used to transmit the force.
In aircrete and solid building materials, the two expansion zones combine to form one long expansion element, thus providing for a uniform and flat distribution of the load into the substrate.
