The power bolt for highest demands.

Your advantages at a glance

  • With the new ETA assessment for Option 1 the tension loads are increased up to 10% and the shear loads up to 17%. So fewer and smaller anchors are required.
  • NEW: Variable anchorage depths make it possible to adapt to the loads with millimetre accuracy (M8-M16).
  • NEW: FAZ II 6: First bolt anchor with drill-hole diameter 6 mm and ETA Option 1 worldwide, for safe and approved anchorage.
  • Extended field of application: now with a certificate for concrete classes C12/15 and C80/95.
  • The ETA (approval) also covers the use of hollow drills and diamond core bits.

Product Highlights

  1. The pronounced edge keeps the expansion clip in position, even when reinforcements are hit and provides a safe installation.
  2. The interaction of cone and expansion clip increases the tension load-bearing capacity significantly and enables minimum axial- and edge spacing.
  3. Optionally with pre-assembled normal washer or large washer GS. Also available with washer HBS after timber construction standard DIN 1052.
  4. The protruding hammer-in cone protects the thread from damages during the setting.

Versions with cap nut

The new versions with special, high cap nuts (M10 and M12) are ideal for architecturally demanding applications and offer visually attractive anchoring. In addition, the cap nut protects against injury due to its closed shape.

The FAZ II is the only anchor with cap nut and ETA Option 1!

NEW: Variable anchorage depths

Allows adjustments to the loads with millimetre accuracy (M6 - M16)

  1. Highest load at maximum anchorage depth FAZ II 10 A4 60mm
Anchorage depth = maximum allowed tension load 6,2 kN and shear load of 15,1 kN.

For anchorage depths between 40 and 60mm, the permissible loads may be calculated accordingly.
Fast installation through reduced anchroage depths FAZ II 10 A4 40mm
  2. Anchorage depth = allowed tension load of 4,3 kN and shear load of 11,3 kN.
